The organisers are very sorry to advise they can no longer accept enquiries for the waiting list for the event.

Those that are already on the waiting list may be accepted subject to any cancellations received.

Simply download the registration form below, print, fill in and post or scan an email back to us.

 

Please note :  You will need to be registered for the event before booking your accommodation at Wairakei Resort.  The resort will only make rooms available once your registration has been confirmed by the organisers.  You will be provided with confirmation of entry and a booking code.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Vehicle Eligibility

 

  1. All vehicles must be Pre-1949 and of American origin.

  2. Vehicles must be of a tidy appearance and have complete paintwork or be fully primed.

  3. All vehicles must be registered for the event by a person who can provide proof of his/her current NZHRA Affiliation.

  4. All vehicles must comply with the necessary vehicle and safety regulations applying in New Zealand at the time of the event.  Current registration and WOF must be displayed.

  5. All vehicles with the exception of stock vehicles must have been through the certification process prior to the event and must have the Cert Plate No. entered on the entry form.  Those to be certified after posting the entry form will be required to provide proof of certification at registration.  All stock vehicles must have an NZHRA Stock Exemption sticker attached to the windscreen.

Please Note

 

  1. The Management of the 2017 Pre-49’s event reserve the right to expel anyone driving or acting in an irresponsible and unsafe manner.

  2. You agree that any photos taken of your vehicle by the media or our photographer can be used by Oceanside Street Rods.

  3. Entries close 31ST January 2017 or when entrant numbers reach capacity. Organisers reserve the right to accept late entries.

  4. Only NZHRA Affiliated members are permitted to enter this event.  No exceptions.    Overseas visitors and/or guests by pre entry only.

  5. Organisers reserve the right to cap the number of entrants, decline an entry and change the itinerary if necessary.

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

Cancellation Policy

 

  1. Full payment for the event is preferred, however the organisers of the event will accept a non-refundable deposit of $100 on the day of submitting your entry with the balance of payment to be paid before 31st January 2017.

  2. If full payment is received on the day of submitting your entry and your circumstances change requiring cancellation and a refund there will be an administration cost deducted of $25. For cancellations received after 31st January 2017 there will be $100 administration fee deducted.

  3. The organisers reserve the right to consider refunds for cancellations on a case by case basis.

  4. Payment will not be accepted at the event on registration day.
